Excellent villa, great location, great service

The villa is very comfortable and clean with a lovely garden and pool good for swimming. Its quite a deep pool so not ideal for little children as they can't stand up but this certainly wasn't a big problem. The location is perfect if you want to be near Pollensa and beaches. Its also near to good supermarkets and a straight forward journey from the airport. Would highly recommended.

Beautiful Villa, wonderful holiday

The villa was private and in the rural area so we could see many birds of prey and felt very secluded. The pool was amazing. Owl booking staff were very helpful before, during and at the end of our stay sorting out minor issues, helping us organise taxis and looking after our bags on our departure day. Nothing!

Very nice villa and very helpful staff at Owl. The only downside was the electricity fuses popping on several occasions in the middle of the night, which required resetting. We had to leave one or two fuses in OFF position throughout the night in order to keep A/C running.

Sehr schön angelegtes und gepflegtes Geubdstück. Sehr guter Grundriss der Finca. Die Terrassen waren sehr gemütlich. Das Wasser kommt aus einem eigenen Brunnen, daher kein Chlor, sehe gut. Wechsel der Bettwäsche nach einer Woche ist super. Handtuchwechsel ebenfalls. Service und Kontakt zu OwL war jederzeit via WhatsApp vorbildlich. Der Kühlschrank hat unschöne Rostflecken im unteren, vorderen Bereich. Innen fehlt auch eine Ablage in der Tür, daher sollte man über einen Ersatz nachdenken.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la rapidité et la gentillesse de votre équipe ainsi que du propriétaire. Nous avons passé de belles vacances en famille dans cette villa où nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous recommandons fortement la villa rafale qui est bien située et facile d'accès. Traumhafte Villa

Die Finca ist ein echter Traum. Der Pool ist fantastisch und das ganze Ambiente lädt ein sich einfach suoert gut zu fühlen. Wir waren 6 Männer imn Alter von um die 30 und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Man ist quasi komplett für sich, sollte allerdings ein Auto zur Verfügung haben. Diese Finca kann man nur weiterempfehlen

Prachtige villa en super service!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Villa Rafaler. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en de tuin met zwembad is prachtig! Er zijn veel plekken om te zitten samen met je familie en we hebben ook goed gebruik gemaakt van de barbecue bij het huis. Het is een fijne plek om te verblijven en met kinderen ideaal doordat het zwembad hoger gelegen is. Toen we aankwamen stond er een mooi welkomstpakket klaar in de villa. De service van Owl Booking en de eigenaar van de villa is echt super goed. We hadden een probleem met de elektriciteit na een flinke onweersbui en ze hielpen ons snel en we werden heel goed op de hoogte gehouden! Wij zullen zeker nog een terugkeren naar Mallorca in een villa van Owl Booking!

Sehr schönes Haus, toller Empfang, Früchte im Garten. Bei Problemen wie kaltem Wasser sofortige Hilfe innerhalb 10 min. Sehr zu empfehlen. Etwas Moskitolastig :) nichts für Allergiker. Immer wieder gern!

Ruhige traumhafte Lage mit Allem, was man benötigt

Wir waren mit unseren 3 erwachsenen und pubertierenden Kindern hier und haben es sehr genossen. Die Lage zwischem Meer und Pollenca ist genial; vorausgesetzt, man hat einem Wagen dabei. Morgens an den Strand (Palya de Muro oder Playa de Formentor), Mittags in die Finca , Siesta und zur Abkühlung in den Pool und Abends zum Essen nach Pollenca. Das Haus selbst verfügt über Alles, was man benötigt. Die Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert, die Küche bestens ausgestattet und der Garten bietet leckeres Obst (Trauben, Kakis, Feigen, Granatäpfel...) Lange Rede: wir kommen wieder!

Location confortable et idéalement située

Le propriétaire est sympatique et très serviable. La maison est située idéalement entre le village et la mer, dans un environnement calme. Beaucoup d'espace et de confort pour se reposer et profiter de la région. La piscine est vraiment très agréable. C'était vraiment un excellent séjour à Mallorca grâce à cette location.

Lovely and peaceful

The villa is in a very quiet countryside location,so if you want to be in the thick of it, this is not the place for you - as for us, it was perfect and so peaceful. The owners had very kindly supplied milk, butter, cheese and ham plus some very welcomed wine! You are very near Pollensa, Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa approx 5-10 min drive (a car is a must for this villa). Two big supermarkets in Pollensa to stock up on wine. We cooked a lot and felt we could have done with a little more equipment (set of 6 cutlery and plates, although it sleeps 7). They supplied pool towels and the outside space was fab, with plenty of sunloungers and chairs. We had problems with the hot water and water pressure and had to contact Miguel on a couple of occasions but he turned up within 10 minutes to sort (think the boiler is very old and could do with upgrading). We were supplied with clean towels every 4 days and an exceptionally thorough clean half way through the holiday (excellent). The pool was lovely although very deep so people with young children might need to consider this. We did get a little tired of ants around the villa and tried our best to eradicate them with ant spray but we were fighting a losing battle, but I imagine this is a difficult problem for the owners to solve. Overall a fab holiday and really enjoyed the villa and location. 👍👍👍

Super tolles Haus

Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön. Noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Miguel war super nett, immer erreichbar und innerhalb von 10 Minuten vor Ort. Als einzigen Verbesserungsvorschlag würden wir ein neues, größeres Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer empfehlen, da es für die meisten Paare zu eng ist und auch etwas laut ist. Aber ansonsten können wir das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen und wir würden auch immer wieder dort wohnen, wenn wir in der Ecke Urlaub machen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub.

Wonderfull!!

The house has everything you need. A private swimming pool, all the kitchen equipment you need and a washingmachine and dishwasher. We arrived late at night. Miquel. the owner welcomed us and there was wine in the fridge and bread and ham and cheese for breakfast. Realy very nice, It is close to Pollenca and Alcudia. We had an absolutely wonderfull time here.

Heerlijk huis!

Wat een fijn huis is dit we hebben hier met 5 volwassenen en 2 kinderen een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Alles was aanwezig in het huis en werd eens per week door de eigenaar en zijn vrouw schoongemaakt. De slaapkamers zijn ruim en de airconditioning doet goed zijn werk. Het huis heeft zowel voor als achter een terras en een heerlijk verkoelend zwembad waar zowel de kinderen als wij regelmatig in hebben gelegen. De locatie van het huis is ook erg prettig, zo ben je binnen korte tijd op het strand of in het gezellige mooie plaatsje Pollenca. Contact met de eigenaar was ook erg goed als er iets was dat stuurde we een berichtje en binnen korte tijd kregen we een reactie. Kortom wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad en komen graag weer hier in dit huis terug!

Maison parfaite et proprietaire aux petits soins et très sympatique. La piscine est formidable, le tres grand jardin est merveilleux avec des oliviers, figuiers.... rien a redire la situation de la maison est tres proche des plages et des activités. Je garde l adresse !!!!
