The food was very tasty, thank you to Pradeep Rawat who catered for our food allergies and the the rest of the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming especially Kul on front desk. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed the facilities the hotel had to offer.」

Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...

「We had a marina view room but could still see the sea. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Food was really good. We unfortunately had an adjoining room and our neighbours weren’t quiet! The door between the two rooms was ill fitting and offered no sound protection. Better sound proofing would be good. Clean towels every day. Indoor pool very small and shallow but nice in the winter time. 」

「A surprisingly large room in perfect condition. Located just ten minute walk from seaside action. Only two negative items to mention: there seems no sound insulation between rooms so every bump and shout sounds as if it is in our room…and please reload the coffee pods daily. 」
