“Room was nice and clean but we had water leakage all over the restroom and after addressing they didn’t take any steps rather kept arguing saying it’s not that bad and casually apologized only. My 13 months old slipped on the water and got hurt lucky it wasn’t too bad but when I mentioned it to them they told me “the water was stuck only behind the sink” which isn’t true because the time I sent them the pictures it was in the morning and we haven’t used the sink during the night so it started……

"I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped."
