House was a nice quaint place to stay. We had a wedding to attend. The light (or fixture) in the master bedroom is defective. It would turned on, would dim, go dark and light back up with no one in the room.The master bath/shower had very little pressure. I had to stand directly under the shower head.There are several cars that hang around the house trying to get in.In the book of instructions, the dashes in the wifi password should be removed. There was a quiet time listed in the book but there is a moto park within 10 mile that runs all night long so the books "quiet time" is completely useless because the moto park can be heard inside the house.I know this doesn't sound like a glowing review but it is a nice/clean little house. If you like ATVs parks and cats (buy catfood, I did), this would be a fantastic place. Be careful driving to the house, the gravel road could be a little tight and the driveway has about a foot of gravel. My wife's Camero got temporarily stuck.The house had plenty of amenities like coffee maker with a Keurig attached, washing machine and dryer, refrigerator toaster two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a little fire pit, front and back decks. We didn't find the laundry detergent until we were leaving. That would have been helpful to know.

Wonderful stay! Home was cozy, pristine, and fully stocked, it had everything you need. We stayed during the week and it was very quiet. The beds were comfortable and appreciated! There were even special touches like coffee pods, little lotions/soaps and even detergent pods. We’ve stayed at multiple places, not everyone does this. Host went above and beyond. This is definitely in our top 3 best places we’ve stayed and we highly recommend. Host Melody was a joy to work and very nice! We would 100% come back!

Superb Find

The property was as stated. It was very clean and had everything we needed for the weeks stay. I would definately recommend for someone wanting a beautiful and very clean place to stay for a trip to the caves.

Cozy cottage

This place is amazing for it's size and wonderfully decorated. Excellent place to stay on vacation and the area is great. Melody is a excellent host and responds quickly. I highly recommend staying at Holley cabin!

A little gem

This place, and Melody the host, exceeded our expectations. This was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed at. It is tastefully decorated. There are so many little conveniences. Melody has thought of everything. She was also very responsive on the rare occasion we did need something. The neighborhood is a little quirky, but very peaceful and quiet. The location is very convenient to many fun things to do such as the State Park and Mammoth Cave. I highly recommend this property for your stay in the area.

Fantastic little hideaway

The cozy cottage was clean, nicely furnished, centrally located for our needs and quiet! After our daily adventures, it was perfect to come back to. The owner was personable and helpful. It was more than I expected. Highly recommend. If we choose to vacation here again, I would love to come back to this small piece of paradise.

Tucked Away Getaway

My fiancé and I stayed for three nights while visiting Mammoth Cave National Park. Finding the place and checking in was effortless—everything was well-labeled, and the host’s instructions were very clear. The house itself was immaculate and stocked with convenient amenities, like laundry pods for the washer. We spent a lot of time on the back porch, enjoying the peaceful and serene atmosphere. We loved grilling out with the friendly stray cats in the area, who were surprisingly social. One night, around 10:30 p.m., we did hear gunshots very close to the house, sporadically continuing for several minutes, which was a bit unsettling. Additionally, be aware that most sightseeing spots and supply stores are at least 30 minutes away, with many destinations closer to an hour’s drive. Overall, it was a great stay with excellent accommodations if you don't mind the drive!

Cozy retreat

Spring break trip to Mammoth cave with my daughters. Holley Hideaway was a great place to stay. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the friendly cats.

Just What We Needed

We had a wonderful stay. Melody was a fantastic host. The home was thoughtfully stocked with everything needed. We enjoyed cooking in for breakfast and dinner each day and had everything we needed. Very Clean

The cabin is cleaner than any vacation rental we’ve stayed at. The deck and fire pit area are great for hanging out outside. We stayed 2 nights. The first night was cold and we enjoyed the fire pit. The next day was the flooding rains Kentucky experienced. Luckily the inside of the cabin is set up very nicely. The island bar allowed us to do a puzzle and watch basketball games on the giant flat screen they have. This is the first time I’ve left a review, but I felt it deserved it with how clean and nice it was.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

Great property, convenient to Mammoth Cave and the surrounding area while still being remote enough to not feel like you're stuck in a city. They make the most out of the square footage, and have mini-split HVAC in each main room (which was great given the 0 temps during our visit). This was the cleanest rental I've yet stayed in; absolutely spotless. The host was very communicative and great to work with. Make sure to hit the cafe on the corner for breakfast or lunch, and if you're into offloading, Blue Holler off-road park is only 10min away. The kitchen was well stocked with new cookware and other basic cooking needs. The property appears to be brand new and is in a very quiet neighborhood, in fact, we only saw one other vehicle during the 3 days we stayed. We'll be back for sure!
