「Xiwen in reception provided us excellent service, we felt so welcoming. All staffs from reception, in restaurant or bell attendant services are excellent. Only the sound proof of the room needs improvement, as baby’s crying in next room woke us up.」

「We loved the hotel, quiet, clean and nice. However our room did have a strong smell which I would wake up to which I think came from the bathroom but I think this was probably an issue with all the rooms around that area.」

「Great place to stay, right in between Pollenca and Alcudia so lots to do around and lots to do in the resort. Would definitely stay again but one thing that stood out was, despite breakfast closing at 10:30am, when we arrived at around 10, food on the buffet was already being put away and tables cleared right next to us. If breakfast is supposed to shut at 10:30 I should not be limited to what I can eat or where I can sit until that time, doing so massively reduces the experience. Other than...

「Room was alright. Could be better and cleaner for a 4 star hotel and for the price. Toothbrush/paste/ shower cap not in the room, you need to specifically ask for it. Staff very friendly. Buffet breakfast okay, lots of variety. All together 3/5 for a 4 star hotel we expected more.」
