"Really good view inside the national park. Taking a walk in the evening , watching stars at the balcony. I would stay again when visiting Mesa Verde N.P. next time. note: no microwave in room. sound insulation was a bit weak but not a major issue for me because I usually bring ear plugs during a trip."

"If you take it for what it is, it's perfect. Clean, well maintained, and a helpful staff. No frills though. You have to walk to the bathroom from the cabins. If you are down with that it's the best $65 a night place I've ever seen. TV works, the AC froze me out in the morning when I got up. Thanks for a great stay while I toured Mesa Verde!"

"I have stayed here many times over the years and have always had a very good experience This time I brought my dog and was not totally satisfied. I paid the extra 60 dollars but had to search for bags to pick up waste because the pet area was not maintained"

"The property is pretty much how described. There are 3 beds not necessarily 3 bedrooms but for us that wasn’t a big deal. We mainly got it for the view and location. The view is gorgeous. It is close to Mesa Verde and Durango which is where we wanted to be. Ron is a wonderful host. Very quick to respond and so polite.We would stay here again."

"This property is a hidden gem. The cabin was immaculate and surrounded by beautiful trees with an excellent view of pastures, horses, and hills. The cabin was just as described and centrally located between Mesa Verde National Park and Durango. It is just enough off the beaten path to see the wondrous heavens at night without any light pollution. Kathleen is an amazing host and if we are ever in the area again, I would not hesitate to book her place again if it were available. Highly recommended! Thanks Kathleen for a wonderful experience!"
