「The room was clean, the grounds were immaculate and there is a lot of grass to walk our dog on. The bed was very comfortable. Close to town but not right in town; only minutes from the beautiful boardwalk along the Lake Michigan beach. It was a lovely stay」

「One of the oldest hotels on the island. Super great view from our room, and the wraparound porch. Close to bike rentals. Great connection with Shepler’s Ferry’s for luggage shuffling, arrival & departure times. Peter and Clare and their staff were most excellent. The “Breakfast” half of the B&B was so filling we really didn’t need a lunch. The king “Bed” of the B&B is showing its age, and no refrigerator or microwave was unhandy.
