“It's too expensive！”

“Very unpleasant experience staying at this hotel. First, very untransparent fees. While the accommodation fare is only $57.52, taxes amounted to $29.07 and "Additional Fees & Room Fees" were $130. When I asked them what these additional fees entailed, they said the $130 reflected a "cleaning fee + water usage fee + electricity," which, to me, shouldn't normally constitute such a high price tag. Furthermore, I don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel where additional fees were higher than the……

“Sheets were stained. There were no forks in the cabinet to use. The bathroom was tiny, I'm only 5'4 and when I sat on the toilet my knees were touching the wall. I had to sit sideways on it. The bath cabinet had no door on it. The towel rack was broken. There was one bath towel it was thin and cheap. No wash cloth. No dish soap to do the dishes. Just all around awful. Didn't mention hidden damage fee of $200(what a joke) until I had already booked room. Then you get a welcome email asking for……

“I suggest that pillows more bigger and softer , coffee machine is can’t use ”

“It was our first time staying here! We loved it! Felt like more of a home than a hotel and we had a ton of space in our room! Microwave with mini fridge is amazing so we could enjoy meals we had more than once! Loved the location and we had a wonderful time! Staff was quick at responding when we had questions! Thank you!”

“A little to close to the highway for me but nice staff and close to historic area.”

“Excellent everything. Nice staff, tasty coffee. The room is equipped with everything we need for a whole week. Great location. The only concern is the noise at midnight around downtown.”

“Nice location but needs to be careful in the evening, one side near the hotel is quite dark and unsafe. If you are travelling with your family, it's a very nice choice.”

“This is a perfectly located hotel in Philly. Walking distance to many "must visit" places such as the "Rocky Steps", "Avenue of the Flags", "Philadelphia Museum of Art", "Boathouse Row" and all the parks and public facilities nearby. Great to visit as we did in the fall. Short Uber rides further into town to all the historical and cultural sites in Philly. We found the Uber system to be robust and easy to get around - even for us "first timers". The hotel is on the "industrial side" - but……
