"We were given the excuse that management had just changed over. Had to go to the front desk several times, which was never attended. I had called from the room but nobody answered. Even after ringing the bell, took quite a while for someone to show up. One visit to the desk was because we ran out of tp and were only there 1 night. There was no extra roll in the room. "Clean rooms. Windows were drafty on the 6th floor and with a big wind storm the whistle noise kept us up most the night. The extra $50 pet fee came as a surprise. It would be great if the app had a feature that if someone is filtered to Pet Friendly that the surcharges are added so it’s more up front. "
