Great location, awesome patio

Great location with an awesome patio to hang out outside. Close to the beach and town. Lovely, curated interior with updated amenities like updated kitchen and bathroom. Would absolutely stay here again! Guest services were helpful, friendly and proactive.

Beautiful and cozy property

We had a great stay at Whitewater! The property is cozy and comfortable and we loved how close everything was including the beach. Guest services was wonderful leading up to, and throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Great house (for people and dogs)

We had a lovely stay. The house was so nicely stocked and very comfortable. The yard is really beautiful, and fully fenced, which is so hard to find in a vacation rental. The location is great overall, and it’s a bit of a walk to the beach, with some steeper hills on the way back.

Wonderful house, super cute and comfortable. Only a few minutes walk to the beach.

We loved our stay here. Very comfortable home with nice amenities. Great natural light. Every window feels like you're tucked in to the edge of the forest. Can hear the ocean even though it's a few blocks away. Loved the outside decks and sitting spaces in nice weather. Lots of stairs. Will happily stay here again.

Such a wonderful place

The place is one of the best that I have stayed at in Manzanita. The interior is great and big enough for up to two couples. Very artistic furniture and decor. The outside space is a good size with several seating options. The house in in the wooded part of town, and still a quick walk to the beach and to the main street. I highly recommend this location 5/5.

Absolutely Perfect!

You know how some vacation rentals are obviously vacation rentals? Well, Whitewater was not that! It was our home for a week and absolutely perfect for my wife, dog, and me. From its location to all the provided amenities (e.g. kitchen appliances, firm mattresses, and dog needs), Whitewater allowed us to truly get away and feel at home all at the same time. I’ve already recommended it to many friends and I can’t wait to book our next stay. Thank you to all the many hands that made all of this possible. I’m grateful beyond words for your attention to detail and your mindfulness.
