“Nice apartment, good location. A little more attention to detail on the part of the hosts would help: for example, the bathroom had soap, but no washcloths, shampoo, or body wash. The kitchen would benefit from a tea kettle in addition to the coffee maker. The living room furniture was not that comfortable. Instead of the massage chair, a large armchair would be nice. “We stayed in the 2br/2ba room. Rough drywall patches throughout some of the rooms with bent towel racks, towel holders that had been pulled out of the wall and reassured without sanding or paint. Felt like the tenants had just been evicted. Worst couch I’ve sat on in an apartment. You sunk to the couch frame. Check-in code was wrong and couldn’t get in for 25 minutes and not a single apology. Email did t resolve and that don’t answer messages on their DM board.”

“Description and photos set appropriate expectations. Yes, there is an elevated train outside the door. Did it bother us? No, we were expecting it and being close to a stop was an added plus for touring the city. The studio was clean, the host communicated quickly and clearly when the VRBO website didn't so that we had no delay in checking in, the toiletry amenities were unexpected and thoughtful, and the prepared notebook of options for restaurants and places to visit was appreciated. “The location of this apartment is okay, and check-in was very smooth. The apartment is a bit worn in some places and could benefit from some maintenance, especially the windows, the blinds, and baseboard heaters are broken. The toilet was not cleaned and there was no toilet paper. I contacted the host and he did drop some off about 6 hours later. For the kitchen, the oven, underneath the sink, and the utensil drawer were not cleaned. A quick heads-up to future guests, bring your own linens.……

“Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy.”

“This property is very convenient to concerts at TD at the Mann center. The space was comfortable, and quiet, but it would be a plus if coffee was available for the morning . If you are going to visit the zoo or concert venue, I highly recommend the close proximity. 4 stars ⭐️”
