「They charge for a 5 star experience and provide you with a 2 star experience. Everything is too expensive for the facilties that they provide. The place and location is good, rest everything is just mediocre. 」

「Great stay! Exceptional service and food. A memorable holiday truly!」

「Fantastic staff took care of us exceptionally well」

「Our overall stay at Gokulam Grand Resort & Spa was good and comfortable. However, a few significant service lapses and an uncomfortable incident during checkout left a sour taste. The Good: The resort environment is beautiful, and the rooms provided a comfortable, relaxing stay. The food was definitely a highlight, as every meal we had was delicious and well-prepared. 「Wonderful news experience and the location/ambience was beautiful.」

「The resort is spread over 180 acres. The cottages roomy and well maitained. Staff is very hospitable and food is good」

「Had a great time staying at this resort. Since there were only three rooms occupied during our stay, it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, which made the experience even more relaxing and peaceful. The breakfast was really good, and the dinner options were convenient and tasty as well, so we never really needed to leave the resort. Overall, it was a quiet, comfortable, and enjoyable stay with a very relaxing atmosphere.」

「Great Experience! Special thanks to Kishor and Prohit ☺️」

「I stayed at this hotel in Coorg for 2 nights with 2 rooms booked through Expedia. The experience was extremely disappointing due to repeated electricity outages, no WiFi, lack of customer support, dirty rooms, insects, foul smell, and no proper hot water facility. My younger sister became very scared multiple times because of the constant power trips during the night. Due to safety and comfort concerns, all of us had to sleep together in one bedroom for both nights.」

「It was a beautifully maintained big property with great amenities. The location is the USP. I loved the coffee plantations and the golf course along with the games facilities. Value for money and effort.」
