We really enjoyed it because it was conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood close to Cornell and everything we wanted to do, with plenty of street parking just in front. It’s 10 minutes or less walking to Ithaca falls, Cascadilla gorge trail that goes up to Cornell and College town, a couple of restaurants, Ithaca bakery, and a couple of really close...

"This is our second time at the property and it was perfect. The house is spotlessly clean and perfect for our family of three. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, which is what we did each night as after skiing we were too tired to go out. Plenty of linens and space for all the snow gear. Great location close to Greek Peak and the lodge for the water park."

"The view over the lake was spectacular for sunsets and especially full moon! The place was spotless and had everything we needed, with very comfortable furniture. Could use a small step stool to get into and out of the bed, and maybe a small half door across the stairs for safety, especially at night. "

"Absolute nightmare with BATS flying inside the property at night causing us to panic and lock ourselves in the bedroom, which was the only room with a door. We were 4 adults and we had to huddle on one queen bed all night while the bats were flying all over the house! Even on check in, there were dirty wet towels on the floor, trash in the bins, beds were slept in! No cleaning was done after the last guests checked out. On contacting the host, the host promised to resolve the situation but did...

"Very unique octagon home. Nice dark sky for telescope viewing. Would love to come back in spring/summertime to see the gardens that are outside the sliding glass doors and walk the nature path to the waterfall. (It was pretty cold while we were there, and we were visiting family, so did not have time to enjoy the surrounding beauty. ) Bed was very comfortable, and we slept great!"

"Came for 3 days to visit Cornell with my daughter and this home was perfect. Small, yet not lacking anything, rustic but lacking none of the modern tech. The backyard waterful, fire pit and views are worth the stay alone. Would definitely stay again."
