Quiet, Terrific Little all purpose room

The room was compact but just perfect for us. The bed and linens were comfortable and clean. Our whole experience was perfect. There is so much to do in Marathon and its environs. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Very Nice!!

Beautiful, super clean community. Very cute little apartment! Everything we needed. Super nice for a couple. Very friendly residents and guests at this community. We had a great time! Would definitely stay here again!!

Cute little bungalow on Grassy Key

This was a peaceful place to stay in the heart of the Keys. The bungalow was beautifully decorated and offered many amenities like a kitchen, pool and jetty to watch the sunsets. Hans was a great host and the neighborhood was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Peace and quiet

Our host were very accommodating. They have an informative booklet that explains everything in the area. Due to the climate of the Keys you will need your bug repellant for mosquitoes. The community is very quiet, we felt safe. There was a large patio for entertainment and the garden was beautiful. These hosts love their guests.

Laid back vacation!

This is a little park that has a great marina, new beautiful pool and very friendly people who gather at the tiki hut nightly for cocktails and banter. Great bar/restaurant in walking distance and perfect location in the Keys. We will be back!

This was a perfect location for our week in Marathon! Bicycling, kayaking and swimming! Close proximity to some great restaurants as well as grocery stores. The property is very well maintained and perfectly equipped! Highly recommend!

First visit to the Florida Keys

Efficiency unit. Small, clean and homey. Hosts are very responsive. There was a binder with recommendations for things to do and restaurants which was very helpful and appreciated. The jetty is great for views and/or fishing. Marathon is great base location to explore the keys. First time in the Keys. Loved it and would rent again.

Amazing, simply amazing

It’s exactly as advertised, the jetty is beautiful, plenty of mangroves and grunts to catch (occasionally a tarpon comes by). The view is breathtaking and worth waking up and staying to hang around for! As for location in the keys it is perfectly in the middle, you can go do the downtown barcrawl scene and it’s only an hourish away, Islamorada and key largo are also not crazy far either! The managers are very attentive and very on point about everything, over all a wonderful experience!

Florida Keys honeymoon!

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful! Centrally located in the Florida Keys with easy access to lots of different activities. The neighborhood was quiet and well-kept. The unit itself was well furnished and decorated. The only thing I would ask for is two fishing poles to use, because there were none in the shed . The barbecue grill looked brand new and was very clean. The people we met walking around were friendly, and the pool was a nice extra to have after a long hot day.

Strangers in Paradise

Beautiful sunrise each morning from the jetty… sunsets on the water just across the highway…lovely neighbors. The packet of things to do was so helpful. We loved Burdines, Sombrero and Curry hammock beaches, fish pedicures, Key West but especially the glorious creation all around. Thank you for a clean, safe, and comfortable stay in Marathon. Charming Setting. Clean. Gracious Hosts.

This Lovely Cottage is in a private, quiet and friendly community just outside Marathon which makes it a convenient centralized location in the Keys to beaches and activities. Hans and Lisa are beyond wonderful and gracious hosts with excellent communication and have created a charming setting for their guests. The cottage we stayed in was a set of 3 adjoined cottages which gave us the opportunity to make some great friends with the other renters. My husband and I were totally impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. We are looking forward to coming back again and will definitely be staying here. There are so many positives for this property but honestly read the listing. It is 110% accurate. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much again Hans and Lisa.

Great Little Hideaway in the Keys

Came down with my son to congratulate him for recent academic performance and really enjoyed this little retreat - far from the Ritz but just what you would expect from a moderately priced unit in the Keys. Low stress check-in and friendly host and a perfect spot to spend a few days relaxing. Foldout couch was so uncomfortable that I let me son sleep in he bed and I took it (I drink more than him lol) Could have used some extra pillows and blankets but otherwise had all of the essentials.
