Coco Plum Rental

House was as described and very beautiful! Enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably, along with 3 bathrooms to share. Only thing that would of made it better, was if they trimmed the mangroves so you could see the waterfront.

We had a awesome time, fish everyday, bait freezer came really handy, good time. Only negative review, if you go out night fishing there is poor lighting On the dock.

Very nice property. Great heated Pool. Furniture and beds could use some updating and new mattresses but other than that it was a great house and a great stay!

Yellow House Vaca

This is a beautiful piece of property and the house is very well equipped. You need nothing. A few issues with maintenance were handled by Nick who went out of his way to help us with my disabled husband and the issues that goes with him. Very quick to handle all the maintenance issues.

Nice & Convenient

The house was as presented for the most part. The pictures of the pool are misleading as it is way smaller than it appears on the website. The screened porch was a really nice place to enjoy coffee and evening cocktails. It would be ideal if the barrier hedges were trimmed so they weren't blocking the view of the canal. Overall it's a great place to stay with plenty of parking and close to nice restaurants.

Great stay in Marathon

Our family of 10 enjoyed staying here in Marathon. The house was clean and had enough space to accommodate us all. Kitchen was awesome!!! We cooked 5 nights and only went out twice. The only downfall (which was actually a big downfall having kids) was the beach was smelly and ALOT of seaweed. We didn’t like Coco Plum Beach but luckily had a boat so that wasent a big deal. We ended up driving to Bahia Honda State Park which was peaffect! The water was clear and minimal to no seaweed at Calusa Beach. Overall, House was great. Beach not so much.
