Beautiful spot

Loved the place. Location was great. Only thing that didn’t make sense was having to go the company that manages the property to pick up a folder that had instructions on the property ( that were in the house also) and the key code to get into the property. Not sure why they don’t just email the key code instead of having you go to the management property.

The place was beautiful, the views of the ocean were amazing. They have everything you could want or need there for you. We loved sitting on the deck and having coffee watching the sunrise. The only thing we were slightly surprised with is part of the checkout. You have to do the normal dishes, take out trash & leave things nice but then they want you to have the towels washed and then strip the beds and start the wash and they charge several hundred for a cleaning fee. We have never experienced having to do that & felt the cleaning fee was high for what we were expected to do compared to other rentals we have stayed in.

Cleanest property I've ever rented. Perfect location on the water. Snorkeled right in the back. Current not bad at all and there was tons of wildlife. Caught lobster, tarpon, and shark right out back. Daily visits by manatee.
