Modern 3 bedroom apartment in Puerto Banus

This modern, 3 bed apartment in the Residencia La Ola complex is located in Puerto Banus, between San Pedro and Marbella. Situated in a quiet, tranquil area, it is still only 2.5km into the heart of Puerto Banus, where you can enjoy the shops, bars, restaurants, nightlife and the infamous port.

It is just 750m away from the beach and the closest restaurant is less than 100m.

The apartment has a parking space, vented aircon, a 55" Smart TV, Nespresso machine and free WIFI. 600mb

There is a travel cot with mattress and high chair available at the property for your use. Also two sun loungers that are located by the communal pool.

There are two supermarkets nearby, the closest 130 metres and a Carrefour located 600 metres from the complex. A choice of golf clubs can be found 2.5 km away. The complex offers a communal pool with a separate fenced children's pool. The apartment offers a space in the underground parking, vented aircon throughout, a 55" Smart TV, Nespresso machine and free WIFI. There is a Padel club and a crossfit gym located close by for those who wish to remain fit and active during their stay.

The closest bus stops heading east to Marbella or west towards Estepona are 350m from the apartment.

This tastefully furnished apartment is located on the first floor, with access by lift and is arranged over one level. The large open plan living space benefits from a lounge area, furnished with an L shaped sofa, an arm chair and a Smart TV. The dining area is furnished with a dining table and chairs and the kitchen is fully equipped, with a separate utility room. The covered terrace looks over the complex to the pool and is furnished with a sofa and a dining table and chairs.

The master bedroom benefits from a super king size bed, fitted wardrobes and has access to the master ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, double sinks and a hair dryer. The two guest bedrooms are furnished with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and one of the bedrooms benefits from a desk and chair. The apartment also has guest shower room.

Our office is located in La Cala de Mijas if you need us at all during your stay.

The luxury marina of Puerto Banus offers all you can imagine of this popular location. From shopping in the many exclusive designer outlets and dining in some excellent restaurants, to beach parties, nightclubs and boat trips. Although Puerto Banús is most famous for its nightlife, it is a great place to visit during the day with long stretches of beach dotted with all different styles of beach bars. It also offers a cinema showing films in original version.
