Fit the bill. Roughly 500 sq ft Marble Falls room is located upstairs and was a nice fit for a couple. After hours night landscaping seems unnecessary but maybe because property is a relatively new listing.

Sweet Victorian in Marble Falls

The property is exactly as described. Everything you need in the kitchen to provide meals. Plus, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. The host was accommodating when I needed to extend my stay due to inclement weather. The property is in the heart of the old town, and you will hear all the city noise. If you're used to city noise, you will be fine. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Super cute place. Very clean. Perfect for what we looking for. Location was downtown with food and shopping just a few steps away. Excellent communication and prompt replies to questions.
