Great location with Easy in and out beautiful view of the water great landlord, very responsive no problems at all. Would go back again in a heartbeat. The condo was well stocked with most of what you would need for cooking lots of beach towels, and beach equipment really couldn’t ask for more

Florida Getaway!

Great trip, enjoyed Marco Is., host of VRBO was excellent, attentive & took great care of us. I would recommend this condo & location to any family or couples looking to get away & relax in FL. Will definitely use again if/when we return to FL!

Spring Break

We had a lovely stay in Marco Island. I appreciated the communication with Bob prior to coming. I have a shellfish allergy so cooking was something I had to do. He went and made sure I had some mixing bowls, which was above and beyond for me. The condo had everything you could want going to the beach and the kitchen was fabulous. The laundry was next to the unit and very easy to operate. The beach is a small walk but worth being so close. I would not hesitate to come again.

Great views from the balcony

It was great to wake up to such wonderful views from the balcony. It took us a day to figure out what doors each of the 3 keys opened. The payment for the laundry machines was too complicated, but help and resources were available to us. Overall, a great experience!

Family Vacation

The owner is very kind and went out of his way to welcome us. Condo was clean and check in/out process is very smooth. Property is quite a hike to the beach (15-20 minutes), so be prepared for that. Property is not super kid friendly, lots of very strict rules (I understand rules are needed but it was over the top). We watched the Pool attendants get very angry and borderline aggressive with other guests (particularly an evening security guard that was very rude. We heard him scream at several guests and he walked around with a chip on his shoulder all week). No food or drinks near the pool deck, no jumping, no splashing, no tossing a ball. You are allowed to basically just float on a pool noodle. Kids are not allowed to be kids and the pool closes at dark. No walking on the beach after dark because you are not allowed to use a flashlight (turtle season). We made the best of the week, but I would look for another location for a family trip. This property would be better for older adults.

Beautiful property, but too many rules!!

We rented at South Seas for our spring break April 2024. Unfortunately the complex had too many rules that we will not be returning in the future. The Good: - The condo complex is beautiful and secure. - Our condo unit was clean and neat. The kitchen is well stocked. The balcony has a fantastic view and the furniture set up is perfect. There are plenty of beach towels, four good beach chairs, a beach cart and a cooler with wheels. - The owner was responsive with any questions. The Bad: Everyday there is a pool attendant that circles the pool looking for violations. Like a predator looking for prey. - There is absolutely NO food at the pool. We have vacationed all over Florida for the past 15 years, and have never had this as a rule at any condo that we have rented. *This was not listed in the condo description. -There is no jumping into the pool. We witnessed a little toddler trying to jump into her dad's arms in the pool, and they were immediately yelled at. - Pool closes at sunset. Security is there to enforce the closing time. -This is not a pool setting for families with kids. - Our family loves to be active. South Seas has a very nice recreation complex including: tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffle board, a putting green and bocce ball. We were able to enjoy these amenities early in the day, but unfortunately they close and lock the gates at 7:00! Overall, this is not a family friendly complex. Go somewhere else if you have kids!!
