Great Spot in Marco Island

Our stay was wonderful. The house had everything we needed, and more. The bikes and beach chairs and umbrella were so handy to use while we visited. The pool was great too.

Beautiful Stay

Beautiful home that fit our needs perfectly. We traveled with 4 adults, 3 teens, and a 1.5 year old. The house was perfect for all ages. Very clean, well put together. Great amenities! The pool & out door space was our favorite part. Kristen was amazing to work with and very communicable. 5 stars across the board for us!

December family getaway

Our family enjoyed the welcoming home that had everything we needed during our stay. The heated pool was great for the entire family and especially for entertaining our kids during the early mornings. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. We would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet. The host communicated well and provided a book with the best beaches, restaurants, and activities in Marco Island, which we found to be very useful. The kids loved the pool.

Wonderful stay in Marco Island

We loved this cute house and felt so comfortable. The outside patio and pool was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Kristen was a fantastic host. I would highly recommend Plumeria Point if you are traveling to Marco Island. It’s an excellent location and has all the amenities you would need.

Fantastic House and Host

The property was exactly as described, with the pictures accurately reflecting the house. It was clean and very spacious. We had a great time and would definitely rent it again. Kristen was fantastic and quick to respond. She made the check-in and check-out process clear and easy to follow. The house is in a nice neighborhood, with convenient access to the beach, restaurants, and other amenities.

Plumeria Point Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Plumeria Point was just as described if not better, very clean and well equipped. There were many extras available to make this an enjoyable vacation, perfect for someone flying in for a stay: pool floats, bikes, beach chairs, coolers etc.. Kristen was helpful, quick to reply and personable. Cocoa Beach is a great place to be and we will definitely stay in any of Kristen’s homes again!

We enjoyed our stay at Plumeria Point. It had alot of amenities. This house had everything we needed. We enjoyed riding the bikes around Marco Island and the pool. Kristin was very helpful. Always available to answer any of our questions/concerns.

Little gem in Marco Island!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect spot for my family and I and we instantly felt right at home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was beautiful, the pool was relaxing and the neighborhood was quiet and minutes from the beach and restaurants. Kristen was so communicative and helpful too. We cannot wait to go back! We highly recommend her home!
