  • Looking for a great summer time deal to explore Marco Island - look no further than this Riverside Condo. Crowds are less, waterfront dining needs no reservations and the chance to unwind and relax is waiting for you.
    Located in the quieter Old Marco section, this renovated 1 Bed 1 Bath coastal styled unit has a fully equipped kitchen, king size bedroom, walk-in shower, smart TV and fast WiFi.
    A private screened balcony with wide river views is the perfect spot for a sunrise morning coffee, dolphin watching or an evening cocktail. An on-site fishing pier, BBQ area, 2 outdoor pools plus tennis and pickleball courts complete the resort style setting. It's just a short walk to several restaurants, shops, a marina, bike and boat rental and the famous Snook Inn.
    Marco's white sandy beaches and water sports are a short drive or bike ride away and your beach chairs, umbrella and towels are provided.

The condo was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The water view outside the slider was wonderful with stunning sunrises. Our host was very accommodating and always available to answer questions. The condo complex was within walking distance of numerous restaurants and venues with live music. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo located in Old Marco with proximity to many restaurants. Amazing waterfront views! The unit was exceptionally clean, well- stocked with lots of extras! Can’t say enough about the pool! Very clean and perfect water temperature! Will certainly look forward to our next trip back to Marco Island and hopefully the opportunity to stay again at this wonderful condo! Owners very responsive!

Great View and Unit

The unit is beautifully decorated and everything you could need is available. Beautiful bay view to watch the boats going by. The owners provided so much and have thought of everything! Anne and her husband check to make sure everything is taken care of at the property which is very nice! Could not recommend this place enough! We have stayed here twice when visiting Marco.

We had a lovely time at Anne Marie's property. The property was exactly as the listing portrayed and was perfect for us. The view was beautiful and the location was perfect. We were on the quieter side of the island but still so much to do around us. We will definitely be back and hoping to stay with Anne Marie again.

Marco Island Stay

We had such a wonderful time at the condo! It was exactly as described, but better! We greatly enjoyed our morning runs around the neighborhood and lounging by the pool and watching the dolphins during the day. The condo was a super clean and tidy and we would definitely come back!
