Beautiful home and property

We stayed at Marco Polo with a group of long time friends. We all agreed that the house was gorgeous, very comfortable, and accommodating. The patio, with pool and hot tub, was perfect. The sunsets over the canal were lovely. We will all be recommending Marco Polo to anyone looking for a place to stay for a Marco Island getaway!

Great property with wonderful amenities

This is a great property for those who love all the amenities and want their own space. All but one bedroom has it's own bathroom. The view is so peaceful. The outdoor space is incredible. There is plenty of room for guests to spread out, both indoors and out.

Picture perfect

This property was absolutely perfect. The house was beautifully maintained and decorated. The outdoor living space was deluxe. Perfect for our morning cup of coffee and afternoon drink. The kids fished off the dock and caught several fish. The house was a great location from stores and restaurants. Just a short bike ride. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and intend to come back soon!!

Childhood friends celebrating 65

Four childhood friends celebrating a 65th bday. Perfect location, lots of room to spread out. Kitchen equipped good with utensils etc. Only drawback was pool running all night made loud noises in second bedroom by pool woke guests during night. Very Low water pressure in master, bunk bedroom and 2nd bedroom in sinks. Shower pressure was fine. Beautiful views day and night. Fire pit was great way to end the evening, had a blast. Would book this property again

Marco holiday

House was as described. The decks outside were great. Many places to sit. Fire pit was easy to use. The grill was okay. Right side would heat higher than left, so, be careful with what you grill. The grill cabinets had some greasy grill accessories I did not want to use. Saw dolphins in the canal everyday. Quiet neighborhood. Easy bike ride to beach.

Marco getaway

The property is absolutely amazing - great space inside and out (but why are you spending any time inside??). Pool is the perfect size and the outside space seemingly goes on forever. Your group can all be together or separate into their own sections and you'll still have fun.Having a view of the water was incredible and we were fortunate to see some manatees and dolphins swim by during the trip. The property provided 7 bikes but a few of them needed some TLC (flat tire, loose handlebars and no bike pump). We got a bike pump and patched up the ones we needed to use but the team was also responsive when we let them know. Host provided more than enough supplies to get us through the week including higher-end bath amenities that we rarely see during VRBO stays. This place is definitely as advertised and I would absolutely stay here again.

Family fun morning till night.

From the moment we arrived we were just so pleased with everything the home had to offer. Grandkids picked their beds in the bunk room and we all headed out to the amazing back yard. From fishing off the dock to swimming in the pool to bar-b-Que lunch’s on the grill we spent 4 full days out here. At least a dozen fish caught, Kayaking in the canal, bike riding ro the Picklball courts near by what a great location. Inside perfect also. Huge kitchen with everything we needed for breakfast, all bedrooms were ensuite bathroom and the owners bedroom was outstanding. We were 11 people and a fabulous time was had by all. *FYI we had our 3 year old grandson and we were very surprised we could not alarm the house seeing the pool did not have a fence around it or gates at the openings on the deck.

Beautiful Home with Exceptional Outdoor Space

We had an amazing stay at Marco Polo! It is a beautiful home. Three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and are perfect for several couples (no need to fight over the best room - they're all great), and our teenage children loved the bunk room (which also has its own bathroom). The house is beautifully appointed, the kitchen is well stocked and a delight to cook in (we cooked several nights), and the garage is full of recreational gear, from bikes, to pool toys, to fishing poles, to kayaks (which we used several times - terrific kayaking). The view and outdoor space are exceptional - lovely pool and hot tub, plenty of chairs for sunbathing and tables for hanging out, a great fire pit, and a fantastic sunset view. It's an easy drive (or nice walk) to the beach, but we honestly liked the outdoor space so much we stayed at the house most afternoons. It is a terrific layout and setup for several families vacationing together looking for a fun, relaxing Marco Island experience.
