family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The fishing was awesome off the dock and we saw a baby manatee one day. The house was stocked with everything we needed and was extremely comfortable and temperature was perfect. Our dogs even enjoyed the house inside and out. Thank you very much for hosting our family time!

The location, for us, was ideal, as it was very close to the people we were visiting, and is pet friendly. The house is nicely furnished, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you probably need if you wish to cook your own meals, but why would you, you’re on vacation. We did use the pool, but otherwise, we only slept there.

Marco Island Vacation

We recently spent 2 weeks at this property on Marco Island. There are many outstanding things we liked about this house. The pool was great. The location was very good as we were able to walk to several restaurants and Tigertail Beach. The outside area was great for pet owners and we made use of the dock with a pontoon boat. However, the inside of the house needs some upgrading. The beds were not very comfortable and the furniture was old and worn out. The management was very quick to respond to a few things that needed addressed and we enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing House with heated pool

Relaxing stay. Nice, quiet neighborhood but located somewhat close to town center, which was convenient. Bikes were nice. Heated pool was clean, nice, accessible. Large lanai. View of corner of canal. Could use some updates, but was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

Marco vacation

It was wonderful! Weather was a bit cooler than usual! The house was amazing. It needed a couple of things one is the dining room light was too bright needs an adjustment. The other was the sliding glass door hard to lock. Other than those two little things it was a fun vacation..

Spring Break in Marco

The house appeared to be clean but it was not well kept up. It needs an infusion of cash - the kitchen was poorly stocked, bathrooms need work, outdoor furniture was rusted and some of the cushions were torn. Overall, it seems to be a purely money making machine. If they invested some time and money into the house it would be a great rental.

Reviewer Comments: We found the location to be central to everything in Marco Island and in addition to convenience, a dip in the pool was refreshing and the screen porch views over the canal were a great way to end each day. The only negative and it was not a show stopper is the traffic noise on Kendall Drive when you are in the pool. Otherwise, the evenings were quiet and the streets were safe to take a stroll. The team at Marco Island Vacation Properties were very easy to work with and the entire experience was pleasant. We would opt to go through them again and even stay at this same residence in the future.

Poor condition

The management company was wonderful to work with and will use them again!! The home's location was perfect however it was not ready for guests. The pool was not operable at the time we came into the property. The home smelled vey musty. There were many reasons why the home smelled. Once I let the management company know they immediately sent out someone to take a look at the property. We were lucky enough they had a cancellation and were able to move to another home. Marco Island Rentals saved our vacation!!

Reviewer Comments: Hi, This is our 2nd time to this house that we love but upon arrival we had to call the office to send us the cleaning crew, the house was never cleaned since their last booking, the cleaning service crew arrive and they used my mop which I didn't mind at all but for me this is wrong.House had an awful smell. There should have a supervisor that check every house upon cleaning, just to make sure that everything is all right for the next party.

We enjoyed our stay in Marco at this nice home. Centrally located, near Tigertail, comfortable home. Some cleaning had been overlooked when we arrived, but the owner jumped right on it and resolved all to our satisfaction, very responsive. Everything was solid with the house and pool, and there's so much to do in beautiful Marco Island! Thank you!

Comfortable house with amazing pool!

We really enjoyed this rental. The location is in one of the best Marco Island neighborhoods, the house is comfortable and clutter free. We enjoyed the wonderfully heated pool even when outdoor temperatures dipped in the 60’s. We would stay here again.

Ending our 4 week stay at this lovely home. The location as well as the house itself makes for a lovely vacation. The Marco Vacation Properties staff are a pleasure to know. They are available and helpful with everything! This is our third year staying at this home. It’s nice to see things being upgraded and maintained. My only negative is the house was not cleaned well. I felt the need to clean even before we unpacked. The house could use new linens. The kitchen is equipped very well.

We stayed there with our 2 grandkids and had plenty to do. There are bikes, fishing poles and beach toys in the garage to use. We did it all. Tigertail beach is walking distance. It was a great time shelling on the beautiful, uncrowded white sand beach. I can't wait to come again. Thank you!

Nice location and perfect stay for my four legs babies….

I hardly recommend this house if you are planning to take your dog with you, the backyard is designed the way you can relax because your dog is going to feel like home ….The house location is perfect…..if you have your boat it will take a long way to get out of the canals but you enjoy the Beaty on your trip out 😜

Lots and lots of dog hair everywhere. The tile floors left your feet black on the bottom even after a shower. One toilet worked marginally. The power went out one afternoon for at least 8 hours. The main breaker had to be replaced. We had to buy hangers and the towel situation was lacking.The pool was grimy around the whole top edges.
