The yard is enclosed by thick clusters of trees on its side, giving your family total privacy, but it also features a stunning view of the ocean blue canal. Since you’re facing southwest, you’ve got a full day of tropical sun shining down on the yard.

The shaded lanai table is the ideal setting for a lunchtime barbecue you cook up on the gas grill and to enjoy your favorite shows on the outdoor television. And when the sun starts to set, it’s time to blend some tropical beverages and savor the brilliant orange sky as you luxuriate in the hot tub and resort-style pool.

The tiled interior is bright, colorful, and filled with furniture as comfortable as it is stylish. Decorative touches like coral sculptures and seascapes enhance the feeling of island-style tranquility. After your day in the sun, relax on the sectional couch and enjoy a movie on the television in the living room.
