Hotel Riu Palace Pacifico - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"This is a great place to escape the hustle and bustle and truly unwind. The resort is located within a private gated community, and everyone entering must check in at the gate, which adds an extra sense of security and exclusivity. The property is beautiful and sits on a clean, well-maintained beach. There are a few vendors along the shoreline, but they are respectful and keep their distance once you let them know you're not interested. There are several restaurants on the property that do not require reservations. The only exception was the steakhouse, where I was unfortunately unable to secure a reservation. Honestly, we found ourselves preferring the buffet, as the food quality at the specialty restaurants was just average. The service is truly exceptional. Every staff member greets you with a smile and is always willing to help. After a few days, the staff begins to feel like family, making the experience even more enjoyable. This resort is designed for guests who want to relax, enjoy the nightly entertainment, and stay on property without worrying about venturing out. For those who do want to explore, excursions are available, and Uber provides convenient access to town."

"Cuarto muy bien comida y shows muy bien. El sistema de check in y check out es un infierno. Llegué a las 11:00 am y si te ponen la pulsera para usar los servicios. Pero cuando empiezan a entregar los cuartos son filas interminables llo la recibí hasta las 4:00 pm lo mismo para check out . Y podía hacer check in por teléfono pero y la llave del cuarto? Se nesesita. Es un punto muy bajo para mi , no creo que regresaría ahí. Dos personas yo y mi esposa. Es más familiar y muchos buses de excursiones. Oh y pedí check out para la 1:00 pm por cosas de salida de avión y me fue negado."

"RIU was a great choice for our plan trip. We had great Customer service. All the employees did a great job very pleased with our day. Definitely will be back. Breakfast was great lunch and dinner. Swim bars were packed but moving fast thank you RIU.."

"I loooovveeeeee it here everyone was so helpful. Customer service was amazing as soonest you walked in the staff greeted you with a smile. If you are looking for luxury and culture at the same time W resort is the place to stay. My room was clean private pool right outside my room with a lake view was breath taking. I’m definitely coming back ☀️"
