「It was a fantastic experience. We have had a wonderful time staying at Hotel Alcatruz. There is nothing that we cannot be happy about. Welcoming Staff, great hospitality, amazing understanding to accomodate our late checking and early breakfast requests, out of the world breakfast with lovely and fresh bakery items. 「The resort location is near to the train station. It is convenient and the environment is very comfortable. The resort is very good for relaxation. One thing is needed to improve is lack of staff to manager the swimming pool.」

「Loved this apartment as we love staying on the marina. Its a beautiful , clean , excellently equipped apartment. Love to revisit x」

「Terrible stay. Was supposed to have 2 bedrooms- one if them Was locked. My friend and I were forced to sleep in the same single bed that was available. The management kept on saying they will resolve the issue but never called me back. Seems like a business of many apartments and listings, they don’t really keep track of what’s going on. The listing location in Hotels.com is wrong- it was way out of the center. 」

「This is my fourth time staying at an apartment hotel. The environment is convenient and comfortable. The receptionists Nelson and Everton are very polite and try their best to answer questions and help. The cleaning staff are polite and can teach us a few words of Portuguese. The location is 15 minutes from the beach, 13 minutes from the Western Premier League and a small shopping mall. Minutes, it is a hotel worth staying in again and again.
