"Everything was very nice. Extra activities were right at the hotel too, so it made it so easy to do stuff. Pool, beach, drinks, room, everything was great. "

"All rooms of our suite were clean, the living room furniture appeared new, the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly, plenty of on site parking and the views from the balcony were enjoyable due to the beauty of the area, as well as passing boats. It was a bit noisy due to music and voices carrying over the water but not too late."

"I will start off saying that this was an incredible property and stay. The home is fairly new and is in a great location. We arrived by boat from Miami and it was a game changer having the boat docked in the back yard. The home was beautifully decorated and the open concept layout made it easy for our family to spend time together whether we were cooking, watching tv or gaming when we weren’t out on the water. Yes, the pool was under construction and the back yard was unusable. It was a little inconvenient to get down to the dock but definitely doable. Yes, there was construction going on next door during our stay but it honestly did not bother us because we were boating most of the time. When we were indoors, we couldn’t really hear construction noise because they had hurricane impact windows which keep the outside sound down. Were it not for the fact that the construction that was underway was not disclosed at the time of booking, I would have rated our stay 10/10. I hope we can return one day and enjoy their new pool! "

"We had a poor visit at the property. There is no one onsite to help with checking in and they assigned us the incorrect room. In the morning, there was no water to our room. They did not get the water turned back on during our stay and did not offer any refund. We would not recommend staying here. The lack of staff on the property made it difficult and they did not address issues in a timely manner. Definitely not worth it for the price. "

"Excellent communication with hosts. Lovely setting and and convenient location. I didn't realize the levels were not connected from the inside, but this ended up not being troublesome. Water pressure and heating/cooling no issues. Comfortable accommodations. Excellent view, loved drinking coffee on the screened porch!!! Quiet neighborhood and nicely tucked away from busier areas."

"Another great stay at Shoreland Drive! We got a lot of kayaking in during the days, and enjoyed evening dog walks through the neighborhood with all the friendly neighbors. Looking forward to our next visit!!"
