「Everything was amazing, from the staff to the hotel itself!」

「This was the most amazing property. It was spacious, clean and had incredible views from the rooftop deck. The best part was Lily who manages the property. She was the most helpful person and communicated very well. She gave us great recommendations on restaurants and things to do. She made the stay the most enjoyable we have ever had at a property. And her sweet mother made us a delicious breakfast every morning. They cleaned our rooms while we had breakfast, which I tried to tell them was...

「The location for the view of caldera especially the sunset is unbeatable. However, the amenities are the minimum or even shabby to an international standard. So, for a stay of one or two nights it could be manageable but any where longer can be hard.」

「We were picked up from our drop off point, the service was really good. The room was spacious and clean, has ac, and even a pantry with windows able to enjoy the view. However, the floor of the toilet was a bit wet and caused bit of a smell. It was easily accessed to the main and busy areas of Oia. Overall, good experience.」

「Good side - room is spacious, nicely decorated and the view on the balcony is fantastic. Breakfast is generous and fresh. Downside - different from the description on the website, parking is quite a long way from the hotel. In addition, there are lots of stairs from the drop-off (bottom of the bay) to our room (on the cliff) with lots of narrow steps. You need to be very strong. In addition, room cleaning is upon request only. Nicolas is very helpful. 」
