“The hotel is located opposite the beach and I had a room with a small balcony but huge windows that looked directly onto the sea. A beautiful way to wake up in the morning. The room was spacious with a fridge and a good shower. The bed was a bit too soft for me but my pal next door said it was the best bed he'd ever slept in :) We'd had an issue with the taxi driver from the airport and the hotel staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. “The hotel is not big, the size of the rooms is not big, but everything you need is in the room. The bed linen and the room are clean, the staff is friendly. Breakfast is on the first floor, and the hotel restaurant is two buildings away, they cook well, but the prices are quite high. The hotel makes a good impression.”

“Staff very friendly and helpful and gave us a warm welcome. Generally good ambiance. Lovely rooftop restaurant where breakfast and dinner are served. Good location for an aperitif at sunset enjoying the aerial view over the city and port. Pool and spa excellent - spotless and well maintained. Located close to many of the main tourist amenities in the old city. Definitely recommend and would go back.”

“My family had the pleasure of staying at Sultanhan Hotel - Special Class，and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The rooms were immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in a great area, close to all the main attractions in the city. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant served a great variety of Turkish dishes. "The room is spacious and artistically decorated, providing a pleasant stay. The hotel owner is very kind and prepares coffee for you, adding a personal touch to the experience. Breakfast is provided, and the hotel is within walking distance (8-10 min) from the Metro station. Additionally, there is a lift, so you don't need to worry about carrying your luggage upstairs. However, the roads in Taksim are generally rough and bumpy, and the curtains could be improved to better block the light from the street lamps."
