"The first thing I noticed when I walked in around 3 AM the day I arrived, was the smell of ammonia or urine. After inspecting the place, I noticed there was dust, dirt and grime all over...especially the upper level which contains the two bedrooms and bathrooms. "Clean room =, nice property, location is amazing but they allow people to have parties and bring weird people that are not staying in the hotel. The people in the room next to us had a party with loud music and even their door open "

"It was a great suite, we just ran into a few issues like a clogged shower drain, and a TV that was malfunctioning. The issues we had with the mini fridge and microwave was fixed immediately and they managed to fix the drains a bit. Overall though, i would definitely go back for another stay."

"Everything was amazing and I would have given 5 stars except the pool was down the whole time we were there. I specifically booked this hotel because it was spring break for my children and it was the only hotel in the area with an indoor pool. I booked through Expedia and no where on there did it say the pool was out of order. So this was an inconvenience. Everything else was great. "

"Pros:The breakfast was Amazing. Front staff was very friendly especially the young lady with the dreads. Elevators were prompt no wait time. Great location! Cons: The water in room 814 was cold. I mentioned to front desk a ticket for maintenance was placed and still cold water. I was heating water in the microwave for my kids. Hot tub did not work. Pull out mattress had spring poking in every direction and rooms can be updated. "
