“Jenny was a phenomenal communicator, responded quickly to our questions, and gave helpful advice on local food places. The property was BEAUTIFUL - as pretty as the pictures. She obviously took great care in decorating and making the home comfortable and bright. We wished we could have stayed longer! - but we definitely have this home on our list when we come back to Boston. ”

“We stayed in town for a wedding, and we had a beautiful stay. The unit was clean and modern, and the area is so cute- very walkable, and included parking was a huge plus. The only downside was the noise coming from the rooftop restaurant and the pedestrian traffic from the streets.”

“This place is a gem! Super new and clean. It had everything you could want and more. The only problem we had was with parking, there needs to be clearer instructions on which parking spots belong to that unit. We parked in someone else’s spot and got yelled at then blocked in so when we went to leave it was a hassle. There are two spots designated, they just needed to be clearly marked what two spots belong to that unit. Other than that, we loved the place and will definitely be back! ”

“Our stay was great - the beds were plentiful, but the kitchen / dining area was tight and hard to accommodate the size of our group. One thing I will say is that before our stay I received numerous messages cautioning us to be quiet for the neighbors. She reminded us that there was a decibel monitoring device in the family room to warn if the noise was too loud. There are neighbors in the bottom half of the house. The number of emails made me hesitant, wondering if Jenny would be checking and……

“Big enough for our family of 11, going on a cruise. Close enough for Uber rides to sightsee downtown. Third floor was not fun to climb w luggage, but apartment was clean and nicely appointed. Could maybe use more chairs or stools, and perhaps a few luggage stands. Restaurant, liquor store, and drug store w/in walking distance. Felt safe. Heard some traffic but noise was minimal. Had a great time!”
