"We thought this was a great place to stay and are hoping to book this spot again in the future. My family is from the general area and decided to use Reelfoot as a place to have a reunion. This house was perfect, as it provided plenty of room. We spent a lot of time on the deck, relaxing and talking to one another, and cooked a lot of meals on site. The kids were able to alternate between games in the game room, television, and other activities. The view from the deck is amazing."

"The bungalow is clean. The yard is manicured. The host has all you need. NOW !!! You have a dock to sit on & watch the water. You can hear the frogs, see the fish feeding, watch the dragonflies & lightning bugs, see water plants, hear & watch the purple martins. Such a great outdoors experience. We thought we would sightsee but ended up just enjoying & appreciating nature. Thanks so much for sharing this with others."

"Very easy to find. Short distance to the state park. Park was beautiful. Had a view of the lake, although the neighbor across the street is building a privacy fence, but you can walk a little and see the lake. We enjoyed our stay. Bring mosquito spray, they were bad because of all the rain they have been getting."

"Words just cant say enough of how Beautiful this area is.This was our first time coming to this area of tenneessee and it did not dissapoint! My husband has always wanted to fish this area of tenneessee and has heard about the wonderful fishing Reelfoot Lake has to offer. We found this perfect place to stay to accomidate our family of 6 and Our 5 day stay was a awsome family vacation. The Bass fishing wasnt to good for us but we did manage to catch lots of nice size bluegill , we ate several great meals at the local restaurants, which were so close to the area we stayed at so that was so convenient. The lake has some of the most beautiful scenery you could imagine. we seen lots of wildlife and several bald eagles,and one actually caught a fish right in front of our boat so that was wonderful to see too. we couldnt ask for a better place to stay and our host Tina was so helpfuil in answering all my questions as if i had known her all our life, made us feel like family even before we arrived! the house was so beautifully decorated and inviting and so very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect we especially enjoyed the screen in porch, it was awsome place to relax and enjoy the view of the beautiful Reelfoot lake right from the front door...we stayed out there most of the time watching the guys fish across the road in front of the house. So if your wanting to come to reelfoot lake you wont be dissapointed staying at the Lakeside View Lodge !!"
