“Overall we enjoyed our stay. However after being told several times that the pool was useable (the main reason we rented this one) in indeed was not. We have pictures and videos. The kiddie pool was gross as well. Our daughter was crawling on the floor. Within minutes her legs and feet were black. We understand things happen but was reassured the pool was good to go. Even after we got there they said the same. We also did not know that we were staying in someone’s home that they live in full……

Competition is tough so finding the right place can be like rolling the dice. Lindley's Little Gem exceeded my expectations! Cleanliness is very important to me. I'd give this a 10 out of 10! Although this is a small one-bedroom, one-bath older home (cottage), it has a large bathroom with a deep soaking tub, big walk-in shower, good thick towels……

“We had a short trip to The Silos, Magnolia Market and Magnolia Table . The house is very close to all theses and Baylor University as well. The house is beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of towels, fans for each bedroom and kitchen supplies. The check out procedure was simple. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The house was very comfortable and inviting. Location was ideal for enjoying the River Walk and all the bronze sculptures. Easy access to Magnolia. Great backyard with grill and fire pit! The neighborhood is being restored. Highly recommend this home.”

“This was an annual sibling trip along with spouses - had a wonderful time! This house reminded us of our growing up in an older home on Tres Palacios Bay. This house has been beautifully restored by Fixer Upper. We especially enjoyed the front porch and were amused when a wine tour bus stopped for about 5 minutes as the house was on their tour route. The location is excellent and very convenient to the fine restaurants we dined at.”

“If you are looking for a unique rental, look no further! This quaint treehouse takes you away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the quiet atmosphere and reading. There is no television. The description is accurate, so if you're not looking for this type of rental don't stay here. The owner was extremely kind and made sure our stay was great!”

“I reserved this house for a mother-daughter trip to Waco. We were excited to watch the Fixer Upper episode featuring this house in the weeks before we traveled. The rental contact communicated frequently prior to our arrival with instructions and add'l information about Waco. One the day of arrival, I received specific instructions on how to access the house. We arrived and got into the house without any issues & we loved it! Very cozy bungalow size home with 3 bedrooms to choose from. House……

“We enjoyed this hotel. The room was comfortable for our family of six. Our kids loved swimming in the pool but since it is indoors it gets super loud in the room. The breakfast was sufficient and satisfied our hunger in the morning. At first, the location seemed sketchy because we took some odd roads to get there but after we drove around Waco more we realized the location was fine and convenient for getting on the freeway. We would stay here again. ”
