“When we first arrived, the front desk staff had absolutely poor customer service. Not helpful, rude, impatient. Thankfully, the other staff during the day and other evenings were wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast was good, rooms very clean and comfortable.”

“Great location and that’s why I think they can skimp a bit on amenities- virtually no storage at all in bathroom-like none- they could easily but a vanity in or inexpensive shelves over the toilet-must stream TV which is fine except the Wi-Fi in M30 for the main TV literally took 30 seconds plus to switch between channels-very few hangers in closets- might be a bit picky but they charge premium prices-service- the front desk clerk flat out lied to me which was confirmed by the manager(I didn’t……

“The living room carpet needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. You could not walk on it barefoot. The sofa was sunk in on one end - you had to put a pillow under it to even sit comfortably. Also, the cot in the living room was shaky and sunken. All four of the kitchen chairs were shaky, one so much so that we had to remove it so no one would sit on it and have it break. The thermostat was set on 68, which was too cold for us. It was programmed, so we could not change the setting. I……

“What a lovely place. The only possible improvement I could suggest is a waste bin in the bathroom. Super quiet, charming and comfy place.”

“Wonderful hosts and property!”

“No water one day and stains on the carpet, couch and bathroom”

“Pool drained, jacuzzi in room permanently covered. 70's carpet, but appeared clean. Outside doors do not latch--security concern.”

“Very clean and nicely done property. Very close to college. There’s a hot tub which is a nice addition but I wasn’t able to utilize. I just ran out of time. I love that I could bring my dog and there’s a nice fenced in area to let him play while I was unloading and loading the car. Couldn’t ask for a much better place. I’ll definitely stay here again.”

“Beautiful inside, nice pool, friendly/helpful staff. I think for this price breakfast should be included. Breakfast is $17.00 or $18.00 a person. We had a fun time at the Ohio Renaissance festival close by there. Not much other stuff around.”

“Clean. Very good access to nearby eateries. Bob Evan’s is 7 minutes away and fast food is closer. Liked parking at door by room assigned. Quiet place to sleep. Would have liked more sports options on tv.”

“Room was nice, quiet, and tidy. The workers were helpful and amazing. I just needed a night away to clear my head and that's exactly what I got.”

“Clean, good value”

“Luxury absolutely not, convenient yeah. Walking distance to just about anything you need but it was far from being a “luxury room” I have plenty of photos to prove that. No outlets in the bathroom, lots and lots of water damage through out the place. Window unit air conditioner, filthy walls, missing knobs on closet door (having a very sharp screw sticking out) 100% not worth the price. Couch had a broken leg and disgusting stains on it. The big bed had a bent leg, markings all over the walls,……

“It was very nice. The doorknob were a bit old but they were cool. It was very nice, a bit to warm for me but I run hot.”

“This property was so beautiful and was incredibly decorated!! We were spoiled by the owners with little snacks and such and a fun put together scavenger hunt! The host was super responsive and incredibly with all their information and recommendations!! The parking around back door as also so convenient!”
