Generally well equipped, some cleaning cloths required would be our only thought. Otherwise, excellent hosts who were available if required, and though living close where very descreet. "This is probably the very best holiday accommodation i have ever stayed in. It was clean, spacious and the kitchen was superbly well equipped. The grounds are extensive, wirh beautiful views. We were here in late spring when rhe blossom and birdsong are amazing. We had an age range of 9 to 70 and everybody was happy. The games room got a lot of use! The hosts were pleasant and gracious. A very short walk into Lyme Regis with all its independent shops, cafes etc. The Town Mill and Lyme Regis Museum are well worth visiting. One thing to note, the parking at Homestead is tight as is mentioned in the description so take care."

"The property was amazing , true to its pictures . Immaculate and had everything you needed for a great weekend . Plenty of towels , crockery and toiletries. "Very good stay indeed. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Supplied an iron. Little critisisms: not enough milk for the tea, asked the staff if they could deal with a fly in our room whilst we were away and they said yes. The fly was still there on our return and the other staff said they didn't deal with that sort of thing. I asked for fly killer and there was none. I ended up killing the fly myself. Not much of an issue but would've been good if they said at first that I had to deal with it myself....
