“Nice and comfortable and convenient to Pigeon Forge”

“This was the perfect place for my boyfriend and I to enjoy our spring break! The communication with hosts was so clear and easy. We were a little confused when we walked into the main level because it wasn't what was pictured in the listing, but then we went to the upstairs (gorgeous!) The view over the lake and surrounding trees was beautiful and the space itself was pretty clean. The window across from the bed faces the east so there are unobstructed sunrise views every morning over the water.……

“My husband, our three kids, his parents and I all stayed here for a mini getaway. The house was clean and just the way it was described in the listing. The kids absolutely loved the basement with all the different games. It was a very cute house in the perfect location not far from the main road. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Pros: This is a nice clean safe area with lots of well spaced out homes and no traffic. The whole community is tucked away by the river in Pigeon Forge. All the houses are up on stilts so keep that in mind if you have elderly guests, toddlers, luggage and groceries. The house was nicely decorated with warm rich decor and had a very homey feeling. The kitchen was well stocked and ready to cook a meal. The beds were comfy and each bedroom had a bathroom. It also had a washer and dryer in house.……

“This home was set just a VERY short drive off the main road in Pigeon Forge (approx 2-3 min from Mel’s Diner). It was exactly as described. I have never, in all my years staying at VRBO’s had one that was so well stocked with all the little extra things. Game room was a hit! Clean. Comfy! Well thought out! Only thing I would change, I wish there was a grill. I still happily give this home 5 stars!”

“We enjoyed using this house as a home for spring break. There were four adults and four children and there is plenty of space. This is a 4 bedroom home and sleeps 10 comfortably. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The toilets flush sluggishly and it looks like someone had reported septic problems before in a review. There is a strong smell of cat as soon as you’re in the neighborhood. There are feral cats all over and I’m not sure if the cat owe smell is coming from outside or if there have……

“This home has been made into a vacationers paradise with a view that can’t described. You have to see it. The small deck on the edge of the mountain is a perfect place to take it all in. A fire pit with eight Adirondack chairs. A beautiful kitchen with everything you need. A really fun game room. I loved the electronic pinball! A fireplace that draws perfectly, no smoky smell in the house. A huge master bath! I loved the hot tub under the stars with the view of Pigeon Forge way below. I……

“We really liked the area of his house. It was in a quiet neighborhood, yet very convenient to everything. It was clean and just the right size. Yes, the house was clean but it could have been cleaner. It needs a good deep clean. The baseboards and the doors in the bathroom were pretty dirty. The beds were very loud and squeeky, which made sleeping with a baby difficult. Overall, it was good and we would rent again! ”

Our issues were pretty small, and the property management company was very communicative and willing to help, we just didn’t want maintenance there while we vacationed. Whirlpool needs fixing, TVs didn’t work in 3 of the rooms. The main issue was the drawers in the kitchen aren’t on runners, so two of us ended up getting hurt the last day with drawers that were heavy and fell out onto us. “Absolutely the BEST Glamping experience one could ask for! High quality tent, beautiful site, clean and perfectly decorated. Truly, all you need is a backpack of clothes and a few groceries! Host Adrian has thought of it all! Hot shower, gas stove, bbq grill, firewood, kayak, lanterns, fridge and cooler, amazing fire pit, pots/pans, etc!! Adrian is kind, extremely knowledgeable and such an amazing host!! Communication is perfect and his property is spotless! A great deal of time, money, energy……

“We are from Kentucky and we had a volleyball tournament at the Sevierville convention center. Me and another parent wanted to bring our other kids also to have a little get away. So getting the cabin and splitting was the cheapest, best thing we could have done. All the kids had fun in the basement with all the games,pool, hot tub. Grilled out and watched the Kentucky derby and just over all relaxed and enjoyed the weekend.”
