WOW! This waterfront home in the gorgeous Summer Sea village of New Seabury encompasses all that you could want for you summer getaway! This home has amazing views over Ockway Bay and it's own dock, the perfect place to lauch your kayak or paddleboard to enjoy a paddle through Popponesset Bay and enjoy a relaxing beach day on the Spit. This home has high-end finishes and beautiful decor throughout all three of it's spacious bedrooms, living spaces, and kitchen. This home even has additional living space in the basement. Close to the marina, a quick bie ride to the marketplace, and minutes to beaches, shopping, and restaurants!
