「Our room overlooked the ocean, the room was clean and spacious, and it had a fridge, some plates, and flatware and all the towels you needed. Also the safe came in handy to stash things we didn't want to carry around, although the Island is super safe. Staff was amazing and we had overall the best time. If I have to say one thing, the fridge was on the older side and was making a lot of noise...Perhaps it is time to upgrade.... Overall Island Magic Beach Resort was an amazing place to stay! 」

「A room is clean. Staff is good but I don’t see much. A complimentary boat ride between north and south is good and exciting but it can feel a little limiting especially on Wednesdays. If you provided a booklet about the hotel facilities, amenities, activities the way to get north… that would be nicer and kinder.」

「Die Unterkunft passt was Leistung und Service betrifft ..staff sehr nett ..passt..was man aber erwähnen sollte ..Zimmer extrem hellhörig ..man kann ohne Probleme jegliche Komunikation vom zimmer nebenan mithören ..die nachbarn machen ab spätestens 7 Uhr eine lautstärke/musik .geht gar nicht .. 」

「Lovely staff, nice clean rooms, air conditioning worked great. Only thing giving this a 4* is the bed/pillows. I personally did not find the bed very comfortable and I like a thicker pillow. Other than that the place was amazing. Great location. 」

「Super Lage, saubere und große Zimmer. Die zwei Damen an der Rezeption waren leider sehr unfreundlich. Waren total genervt nicht mal ein Lächeln. Dass man nicht vor Check in ins Zimmer kann ok aber man bekommt nicht mal eine Stunde vorher Pool Handtücher. Noch nie erlebt. Zimmermädchen aber sehr nett.」

「On arrival we found the towels completed covered in bugs, we then saw bugs on our bed sheets and other areas of the room, bugs had gotten into our backpack. We texted the manager Miguel at 7:30 who said he would come right away, he arrived at 8:30 and told us the room had been fumigated prior to our arrival but he would do a deep clean and fumigation right now.
