“Mi experiencia con expedía fue mala ya que yo hice reservaciones para 5 personas y cuando estaba haciendo check in me dicen que solo pagué por 2 personas 😡y lo único que me dijeron fue que expedía siempre hace eso y terminé pagando más.”

“At check-in you undergo high pressure tactics to go to a time share meeting. Once in your place, you never see another staff member. No one comes to clean your place or even take out the trash. The one person we did see was a housekeeper who tried to enter our room on the last day before we were even checked out. He was pretty grumpy. If it weren’t for the in room washer/dryer so you can clean your own towels, this place would be rated even lower. Plus, it’s a little run down and the lobby……

“The check-in (phase 1) was easy peasy. The check-in (phase 2) was somewhat annoying. Phase 2 meaning someone else at an adjacent desk explains all the bonus savings, which is meant to justify a 90 min tour or briefing to receive these bonuses. But then I was asked for a credit card to confirm a reservation for the "savings" and tour. Uh no. I said I'm not doing providng my card for that. But to his credit, the rep wasn't confrontational. “The condo was well stocked with all the essentials! We enjoyed the outdoor pool! The condo was very close to colonial Williamsburg!”

“Very clean and quiet. Only complaint is the heated pools were cd and we couldnt use and enjoy.”
