"The place was very nice. Clean, spacious. The only issue we had were tenants across hall. Young group of men. Running up and downstairs. The whole hallway smelled like weed. They kept leaving main door wide open, even after we went down and closed it. Police presence around midnight across the plan, knocking on doors. It honestly was a really nice stay- just some concerns with safety as it was only myself and my daughter. Staff greeting us were very nice and polite. I did reach out via the app about concerns but no one really reached out, checked on us, etc about concerns raised. "

"The room was small but the bed was comfortable. This was my third stay at this hotel. I had much nicer rooms in the past. Sadly we had a very early wake up by an extremely noisy trash truck outside our room at 6 am on a Saturday. This may be our last stay at this location. "

"Our heater and microwave didn’t work in our room, there was some else’s blood in the bed when we went to go to bed for the night. My son’s room had a television that didn’t work. So…. Not so happy this time"

"The staff was friendly and the amenities were nice. We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage and it was clean and had lots of space. It's nice to have a full kitchen. The washer and dryer were pretty small, but it was convenient to beable to wash swimsuits and things before heading home. The kids liked the mini golf and playground. The indoor pool was large and clean, but the water was pretty cold so we didn’t enjoy that as much as we thought. The resort was quiet and we would stay here again."

"Our room was VERY nice. Everything was very clean. Co fortable bed and i was pleasanty suprised to see that we had 2 bathrooms in our unit! Will return in June and stay here again! "

"We stayed here for one night and it was great. The King room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The room was quiet, couldn't hear much on the outside, no noise issues. The pool and hot tub were both nice and clean. The hot breakfast has a large variety. Location is very convenient if you plan on visiting Colonial Williamsburg. There are still renovations going on but didn't effect us at all. Will stay here again when we return to the area. Highly recommend."
