「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Gloucester Robinswood Hotel. In particular the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and spacious with good amenities however the bed was slightly firm, however this did not detract from the overall quality of the room. 「環境，房間都是很好的。
包早餐 是 continental breakfast, 比較簡化，麵包，Cereal, Yogurt. Juice, Coffee
如果想吃hot dish. 便要在餐單上order.另再收費。
覺得最大問題的，是沒有lift, 樓梯又高又窄，我拿住又大又重行李，每次拿上房間和退房拿下來時都非常痛痛。非常大問題！
除了這個，房間內也是可以的，但只有廁紙，沒有紙巾，沒有牙刷等等東西。」

「Lovely hotel, beautiful old main house with wood fires, panelled rooms, lots of lounges and spots to relax. Friendly reception and clean modern rooms in the mews. Plus two cats! Only thing to mention is that the signs for the outbuildings were a bit difficult to see when we arrived (in the dark & heavy rain), maybe they could be illuminated too? Otherwise a nice place to stay, we would like to go back and explore more of the history, grounds, bunker and restaurant.」
