"Bonsall is a lovely quiet backwater village. Have wanted to spend time here for a while. The Fountain B & B fitted the bill perfectly. Excellent on all counts. The full English breakfast was particularly splendid. Owner really friendly and helpful. Have booked to stay again in a couple of weeks time. Would highly recommend. "

"We had a great stay at this lovely bed and breakfast. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped. A nice selection of tea and coffee. The bathroom was clean and functional with complimentary shower gel and shampoo. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic with a great choice of many items all freshly prepared and cooked. A special thanks to the proprietor who made our stay very enjoyable she is so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again if in the area."

"Cottage was clean and well presented with lots of extra touches. Netflix was a bonus! Unfortunately the management company let down the whole experience. Security deposit required prior to releasing check in information, and we emailed them when we found a mouse in the property but they failed to respond. Also the cleaner was waiting for us to leave which wasn’t great! Parking is limited but luckily we found a space on arrival. Dog friendly but be aware no enclosed yard and dogs are not...

"Children loved the river setting and kayaking. Houses were so well equipped. Outdoor seating by the river, maps, books, games and TV Saw kingfishers each day. Super place. Road quite busy, but disturbed our sleep very little. So many positives about the house and area outweighed the road noise."
