Fountain Cafe stay and eat

Ideal location for exploring the Peak District. Lovely quiet pretty little village. The room is above a fabulous cafe where the food was great and the staff were so helpful and informative, they gave us some great tips on where to visit. Highly recommend this place and the cafe.

Lovely breakfast served by some lovely ladies. Convenient for attractions in Matlock. Parking was an issue but we discovered as we left that there was a village car park which we probably could have used.

Relaxing stay.

Exceeded our expectations, location perfect and accommodation had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Loved having breakfast in the tearoom down stairs and the ladies who served us were lovely, friendly and helpful. Our only disappointment was that we stayed Monday night and missed being able to eat in the tearoom as it is closed Mondays. Would certainly hope to visit again and stay longer.

Cute little quiet area and relaxing rooms. Would come again for sure. we got an uber to Matlock bath took 5 minutes. Breakfast was amazing. Plenty of street parking outside the b&b thanks

A hidden gem

We really enjoyed our one night stay. Room is incredibly well equipt and spacious. Breakfast in the downstairs tea room was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Another great stay keep coming back .well decorated rooms clean tidy well equipped. Warm welcome always good choice of breakfast. Quite location with walks right on the door step. With friendly local pub kings head just up the lane
