“Where do I begin…initial impression pulling in the parking lot was okay. The motel is about five minutes from Chataqua Institute, which was a great location. Then we got our room. It looked like it was surface cleaned. There was some cereal under the side of the bed, the freezer in the fridge was disgusting, the entire room reeked of cigarettes, and now the bathroom. Floor was very dirty, as was the sink. The exhaust fan was above the toilet, and every time you would go to the bathroom it……

“First: The pet room smelled of STRONG vinegar. Then, the front desk approved a late check out at breakfast for my wife because we arrived in middle of the night and I got a call from someone grumpy saying they guess they would “let” us leave late—so who knows what happened there. It was weird, the smell was overwhelming, and it had rotten crusty ice cream in the freezer.”
