“Das Personal immer hilfsbereit. Ein für mich perfektes Frühstück. Die Zimmer waren immer sauber. Es gab nicht immer überdachte Parkplätze. Die PKW‘s waren in Ordnung.”

“Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr gastfreundlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren jeden Tag sauber und gepflegt. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass täglich frisches Wasser auf das Zimmer gestellt wurde. Der Reinigungsservice hat ausgezeichnete Arbeit geleistet und alles war stets ordentlich. Insgesamt können wir dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden……

“The hotel and staff were fantastic. We got to eat our breakfast every morning on our balcony looking into the bay around Chania. We liked the location and did not mind making use of the local taxis to spend time in the town where there were plenty of excellent restaurants. The staff were first rate and we wanted for nothing. Would recommend anyone to visit this hotel and Chania.”

Auch die Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung waren super hilfreich. Das Frühstück auf dem Zimmer kann ich nur empfehlen. Immer wieder gerne.”

“Lovely Staff and cute inner courtyard with a tiny cold pool that no one seems to use! My room was older but cute with a safe and a tiny internal balcony useful for drying swimsuit: The location couldn’t be better. I didn’t have breakfast but every morning the lovely staff filled my water bottle with filtered water from their bar. Cannot complain for the price for central town. If you want spanking new with bright white towels and a brand new bathroom this is not for you. The shower was a little……

“Close to bus station which is useful if you have a late flight arrival and are travelling on by bus. Friendly and helpful reception. Comfortable rooms. Chania itself is a great place to visit.”

“Great stay for our old town desires. Parking can be a pain BUT I would say it’s a better situation here then most hotel options that don’t offer onsite parking - we always were able to find parking Breakfast was good, location was great. Having a pool was great for my toddler. Ac got freezing in our room which was nice.”

“So conveniently located in such a special building - we had the room with the rooftop bath/jacuzzi - views were very cool. The staff were so kind and helpful - and a special shout out to Iro in the restaurant who made our stay extra special - we can’t wait to tell people to go there. Also - so close to everything without being in the busy area - loved it!”

“Food was not great. Milk was actually powdered. On the other hand amenities were amazing and kids had a blast. I would rather just pay for room and go to town to eat instead of all inclusive. The front desk was v helpful. The facilities are well kept and staff was accommodating.”

“We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. I was able to dive the elephant and seal caves which were fantastic. There’s a nearby dive shop. I highly recommend Blue Adventures Diving. The beach is small and quaint with nice……
