Good Location

Excellent location for me because I have business with Tower Eleve, Solamar inn is just front of the Eleve Tower..The room in Solamar inn is nice & clean...In general the service is good..But the restaurant in the Hotel is kind a poor for me ...Overall it's great for me...Thanks

I so regreat staying in thus hotel,paying more then 100 dlrs for it the night ,with no hot water on the shower,the light switch did not work only one in the whole room ,plus the iron either,i need it to rent another hotel so we can take a hot shower today ,i will never return too this hotel,the restaurant food is so gross too ,love Mazatlan hate the hotel

I got my money's worth, cheap and dangerous with electrical wires hanging on the SHOWER HEAD to heat the water....Do not stay here....Pay the extra $30 per night and stay at goo resort....

Hotel cerca de la playa a solo unos minutos a pie.

Nuestra habitación fue de la de tipo estandar, supongo la mas económica, se presentaron varios detalles, el primero es que el cuarto estaba cerca de un sistema que se escuchaba todo el día, no era muy ruidoso pero era muy molesto. En un día no salia agua caliente. El baño tenia goteras. Nos percatamos que no se cambiaron las toallas del hotel, ¿Sería por el costo?

Excelente, ubicado cerca de playa y en el cual básicamente caminando podías irte a caminar a la orilla del mar

Tiene enfrente la playa publica.

La Alberca esta muy buena para los niños. Además tiene uno enfrente el Farmacia Guadalajara ya que cada Junior Suite tiene su cocineta y ayuda mucho para las compras. Al personal del Hotel se les olvido la segunda noche el poner las toallas para el baño y además no limpian bien los escusados. Lo malo de la recepción es de que solicitas la factura y hacen lo que les da en gana. De lo demas pues no puede uno pedir mas ya que no tiene playa pero para salir del apuro es un buen hotel. Es un Hotel barato y accesible para familias con niños chiquitos.

Instalaciones OK, personal muy amable y apropiado

Fue un viaje breve de dos días en el que basicamente usabamos el hotel para descansar y no pasamos la mayor parte del día dentro de él. La habitación es aceptable, no tenía extractor de aire en el baño y la habitación se conectaba previamente con la de al lado por una puerta de madera que ya había quedado deshabilitada, eso fue lo que no me gustó. En lo demás está OK, la alberca está bien y el área de comida no la conocí en realidad. Canales por cable y poco espacio para guardar la ropa. Limpieza en general de las instalaciones muy buena. El check out es a las 11 am, como todo hay un depósito por la tarjeta del cuarto al llegar el cuál se te reembolsa al dejar el hotel. Tienen servicio de guardado de equipaje y es muy buena adición a su buen manejo de huéspedes.

No aceptaban tarifas de promocion Internet

En general bien soló que no me querían respetar la tarifa de hoteles.como y fue tiempo y desgastante el estar ahí con el encargado porque el me quería cobrar a más de lo doble, a otras personas les paso lo mismo con una reservacion para el siguiente día. Hoteles.como me resolvió el problema y no mague ni un peso más.
