"Overall, the hotel was clean, and the lounge was spacious, well-organized, and inviting. The property is a bit older, but not in a negative way—it simply has that classic feel. Our room was on the 5th floor, and the area was quiet, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is also excellent. Right outside the hotel, there is easy access to the train going to the airport, and several tourist attractions are only a few minutes away on foot. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and if my family and I visit again, I would gladly stay here again."

"Quaint and quiet for solo travelers. A pretty cozy stay but be very cautious of the refundable deposit. They’re not on it like your average hotel/airbnb so you will have to remind them via email. Their phone number isn’t the greatest, as it is hard to communicate to the staff, they don’t have a regular set of hours by the phone. Kitchen wasn’t used for my stay but it looked neat and clean, perfect for those who intend on staying longer. "

"This hotel is awesome for visiting Chicago. The staff were consistently attentive, respectful and helpful with suggestions. The hotel room was clean and the view we had was fantastic. The pool and hot tub were relaxing — easy to access and get fresh towels. The only minor criticism was that the hotel is an older building and shows some wear and tear — if I owned it, I’d invest in new flooring because the old carpet is super gross. That said, for what we paid and what we got, we are extremely satisfied and glad we stayed at the Hilton, and will likely stay there again!"

"When I first got to the hotel to see if there was an early check in had to wait 15 mins at the front desk for someone to help. My room did not get cleaned and nothing got restocked I stayed there for 2 nights. There was a chair in the room that had a broken leg which was concerning. "

"This was such a beautiful hotel! We loved the options in the lobby for food- including gluten free options! The hotel was clean and easy to navigate. I wish they would have had parking options!"
