When I travel to Philomath or near for work, this is the place my co-workers and myself get, fair price, all the living amenities needed (washer/dryer, kitchen, separate rooms, living/dining space). 「This cozy home with large backyard was perfect for our equestrian weekend at Inavale Farms. With 3 bedrooms spaced a part, a full laundry room and patio it was spacious and quiet. Beds are to the firm side, with comfortable linens and A/C units. It was a very hot (100 degrees ) over our stay and house stayed cool. 「This little oasis was exactly what I was needing for a work trip into Albany. The check in process was very simple, the set up was so cute - including a little feeding station for my pup who came with me, well stocked and well situated in the area. I've already told multiple people if they ever need a rental while in the area that I would share the info for this one. Only negative would be the heater was a little difficult to navigate the first night (equal parts user error).」
