Do not stay

We had our family vacation here. We had numerous issues with the property. The master bedroom bath had a huge wasp nest that you can hear from the ceiling above. If you used the tub numerous live wasps came out into the tub. The jacuzzi has no way to enter it as there are no stairs or steps to get you in. This is a huge safety concern. The books from the supposed owners are not the current owners. I was able to make contact with the person listed in the book that guests are suppose to sign.

NEVER AGAIN

Upon Arrival there was NO property inspection!!! There was TOO MANY things was broke!!! Starting with a bed TOTALLY BROKE with mattress against the wall bed broke on the base which totally changed the accommodations at this point we had to find alternative sleeping!!! Secondly the door to a closet was totally OFF THE hinge laying against the wall!!!! Third the toilet completely off the toilet!!! It was the WORSE! All of these issues was sent to property manager as soon as we got there!!! You can look at my account and see how much money I have spent with you guys!!! No one have reached out to me nor credit back my account!!! No I DO NOT want free nights!!!!n I want money credit back to my account! All of this unacceptable on SO MANY LEVELS!
