“Renter beware. This is a transformed shed. The loft with a mattress is a box storage area. Not for people of size or age. The second bed is a small futon. River is not accessible because of erosion and broken glass. The river at this spot is not a place to swim because of debris building materials and car parts . The river view is spectacular and bird watching was good. A few other things but the owner said he would address those issues. Then weather was great! ”

“My pup and I had the pleasure of staying in this lovely property for a long weekend. The space is beautifully decorated and comfortable. I greatly enjoyed the unusual art work too. I am pretty picky about noting a kitchen as well-stocked, but this kitchen certainly was! I felt safe there staying alone. Communication with the owner was smooth and helpful. I left something at the property and the owner mailed it back to me in a quick turnaround. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“We had a really nice stay here in NH. The host communicated with us on things to be aware before we arrived and was very kind. The property was beautiful, sadly it was too cold to fully enjoy the water but I loved that there was a canoe available for use. Kitchen was spacious and having a grill was very nice. The views were great! Since it was chilly, it was nice they had space heaters/fans in the rooms downstairs if needed. Everything matched the pics in person and were even more stunning. The……
