「I had two nights. I was not informed about the cable change. So around 9 while I was in the shower the guy comes banging in the door wanting to come in. Check out time isn't till 11 if I wasn't staying even. Very rude. Says too bad it has to be done. I called the front desk no apology, no discount for running me out early. Not great customer service and inconsiderate 」

「Love this place! Stayed 2x & will be back… last day I found out about the heated pool. So glad they told me. The staff is great. You get a discount for restaurant next-door as a hotel guest. And the staff at the restaurant is great as well. Then you get a free breakfast at the mermaid Café next-door and it is the perfect way to start your day after checkout. Can’t wait to visit again!」

「The room was great. The view of the beach was awesome. Everything looked fresh and clean. Very quiet. The kitchenette had dishes and silverware. 」

「Beach view was good. Room was clean but in poor repair. Self park is a block away so you have to pay for valet. When I was stung by a jellyfish they told me they couldn’t help me and wouldn’t call someone to help me, I had to walk back out to the beach and find a lifeguard. Every time I went to the front desk their computer was down, during check in and check out. However the location is good.」

「Overall i didn't think this property was as good as it was rated. Our room wasnt very clean upon arrival, we had to ask 3 days in a row for house keeping to come and they only delivered towels, no cleaning. They put in a special request for full housekeeping the day before we left (out of 7) Breakfast was just ok, nothing special, typical with limited healthy options,. The Starbucks on site is also only a partial starbucks only doing the basics. The pool is small but overlooks the ocean....

「Great staff. Clean room. We arrived a day early and they gave us a standard room which was fine, the next day they had us moved to our ocean view room early and even moved our luggage for us. Great time」

「The rooms are amazing, the housekeeping is really good. Just expensive and not totally forthcoming about extra fee for the property when you book & pay online it isn’t until you get there you will find out that before you can even get to your room you will be charged for parking and will be charged $250 for just in case something happens even though they have no reason to assume someone will do anything to they’re property & the elevators to go stairs is horrible just use the stairs to go down...
